RPh on the Go is actively seeking a California-licensed Pharmacist for a PRN opportunity at a well-established, independent community pharmacy in Oakland, CA. This is a great opportunity for pharmacists who enjoy a collaborative environment and flexible scheduling.
Position Details:
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Oakland, CA (on a busy street with on-site parking)
Schedule:
PRN: 1–2 days per week
Flexible half-day shifts available
Hours:
Monday–Friday: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Pharmacy Environment:
Independent, community-based setting
High-volume: 250–300 prescriptions/day
Support from 2–3 technicians and 1–2 pharmacists per shift
Clean, professional store with a loyal local customer base
Ideal Candidate:
Strong English communication skills
Experience in high-volume retail or independent pharmacy settings
Open to newer pharmacists with some experience
Reliable, team-oriented, and quick to adapt to workflow
Compensation:
$65+/hr, depending on experience
