Pharmacy Technician – Weekends Off | Roanoke, VA
We’re seeking an experienced Pharmacy Technician for a 13-week contract at a leading pharmacy operation in Roanoke, VA. This role offers a great work-life balance with a Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM schedule and the potential to transition into a permanent position.
Start Date: ASAP
Type: Contract (Temp-to-Hire potential)
Key Responsibilities:
Process prescriptions and resolve insurance rejections
Package and label medications for verification
Communicate with patients and providers
Manage inventory, returns, and compliance tasks
Qualifications:
Active VA Pharmacy Tech License (PTCB preferred but no required)
2+ years of pharmacy tech experience (call center experience a plus)
