Soliant is working with a well-established closed-door long-term care pharmacy in need of a full-time Pharmacy Technician to join their growing team. This is a direct hire opportunity, ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for patient safety. Position Details:
Start: ASAP
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM
Rotation: Occasional Saturdays (pharmacy closed on Sundays)
Daily Responsibilities:Fill prescriptions (multi-dose and blister packing)
Operate automated med-cup packing machines
Speak with clients by phone
Perform accurate data entry
Support full-cycle pharmacy operations
Ideal Candidate Traits: High attention to detail for medication safety
Friendly, patient-centered communication
Comfortable with basic math and multitasking
Eager to learn and take direction
Previous LTC experience highly preferred
Requirements: Active Missouri Pharmacy Technician license
PTCB certification is a plus
Prior long-term care or high-volume pharmacy experience strongly preferred
