Pharmacy Technician – Contract-to-Hire
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Start: ASAP
Duration: 9–10 weeks, with contract-to-hire potential
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–11:00 PM or 12:00 PM–9:00 PM
Weekends: Possible rotation
We are actively seeking an experienced Pharmacy Technician for a contract-to-hire opportunity with a reputable long-term care pharmacy in Indianapolis. This is a fulfillment-focused role — no IV compounding required.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in filling prescriptions under direct supervision of a pharmacist
Support data entry and billing tasks
Prepackage medications in compliance with state and federal standards
Help maintain clean, safe, and organized pharmacy workspace
Support inventory management (posting lot numbers, tracking expiration dates, etc.)
Coordinate timely packaging and delivery preparation of medications
Requirements:
Active Indiana Pharmacy Technician license (must be in-hand)
Strong fulfillment/dispensing experience (IV experience not required)
Reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail
