RPh on the go is searching for a pharmacy technician to work in Columbia, MD. This is a temp to perm opportunity.

Shift: M-F, Days (10am - 6pm)

Prepare Medications: Count tablets, label bottles, and ensure proper packaging.

Assist Pharmacists: Help in maintaining accurate patient records and medication histories.

Inventory Management: Restock medications and supplies, and manage inventory.

Customer Service: Provide excellent service to healthcare providers and patients by answering inquiries and processing prescription orders.

Medication Delivery: Prepare and deliver medication carts to long-term care facilities.

Quality Control: Conduct quality control checks on medications.

Billing and Insurance: Assist in the billing and insurance claim process.

Training: Help train new pharmacy technicians.

Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to all regulatory guidelines and company policies.

Required:

Pharmacy technician experience.

IV experience preferred but not required

Maryland pharmacy technician license.
