Retail Pharmacy Manager

Location: Richland Center, WI
Position Type: Full-Time
Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations of the pharmacy

Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and equipment

Hire, train, and manage pharmacy staff, including scheduling and evaluating employees

Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, as well as adherence to pharmacy policies and procedures

Prepare and verify prescription orders for delivery or pickup, ensuring accuracy in medication dispensing

Requirements:

Must hold an active Wisconsin Pharmacist License

Minimum of 2 years recent retail pharmacy experience

At least 2 years of recent management experience
