Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Pharmacy Manager to monitor inventory, track weekly sales, and order pharmaceutical stock to meet customer demand and optimize profits.

Accurately weigh, measure, and mix medications, ensuring correct compositions and quantities. Dispense prescription and over-the-counter medications, and offer professional advice to self-medicating patients.

Maintain open, effective communication with healthcare providers and insurance representatives to support patient care.

Administer patient immunizations on a regular basis.

Step into a leadership role in the Pharmacy Manager’s absence—scheduling staff, assigning tasks, recognizing performance, and addressing associate concerns to ensure smooth operations and profitability. Qualifications:

Bachelor of Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)

Current Pennsylvania Pharmacist License
