Soliant Health is seeking a Pharmacist for an ongoing 30-hour/week opportunity in Illinois. This position offers a flexible schedule with weekend on-call hours for someone looking to contribute to a patient-centered pharmacy setting.
Position Details
Title: Pharmacist
Location: Illinois
Shifts:
Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Sunday: On-Call for Emergency Orders | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Dispense medications and provide patient counseling
Manage emergency orders as needed on Sundays
Ensure accuracy in prescriptions and medication therapies
Requirements:
Active Illinois Pharmacy License (required)
Experience with PioneerRx preferred
PharmD preferred
