Pharmacist-In-Charge (Retail) - Sonoma County, CA
Soliant is hiring for an Interim Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) position located just north of the Bay Area in the heart of Wine Country. This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacist looking to take the next step into leadership, supported by a reliable and experienced team of pharmacy technicians in a scenic, sought-after location.
Position: Interim PIC
Type: Travel
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 13 weeks, Contract-to-Hire
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–6:30 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of a retail pharmacy
Open and close the pharmacy
Supervise and support the technician team
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Qualifications:
Strong experience in retail pharmacy operations
Previous PIC experience highly preferred
Will consider pharmacists ready to move into management
ERx experience preferred (training provided)
Travel Support (Reimbursed/Pass-Through):
Mileage reimbursement
Daily meal reimbursement up to $50
Hotel accommodations booked and paid directly by Soliant
