Are you a pharmacist with leadership experience looking to make a bigger impact in a supportive and caring environment? Soliant Health is looking for a dedicated Pharmacist in Charge for a full-time position in Southwest Ohio, where you’ll not only lead a team but also play a key role in patient care and the overall success of the pharmacy.

Employment Type: Temp/Temp-to-Hire
Duration: 13 Weeks
Setting: Hospital - Behavioral Health
Schedule: Monday - Friday (Day Shifts)

    What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Overseeing daily pharmacy operations to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Leading and mentoring a team of pharmacists and support staff, ensuring a positive and collaborative environment.
  • Making sure all pharmacy activities comply with state and federal regulations, keeping patient safety top of mind.
  • Reviewing prescriptions and counseling patients on how to take their medications safely.
  • Collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure our patients get the best care possible.

    What We’re Looking For:

  • Active pharmacist license in Ohio.
  • Previous experience in a pharmacy setting, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred. *Must be willing to hold PIC
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once.
  • Great communication skills and the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
  • A commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care to all our patients.
