We’re seeking a driven and experienced Pharmacist-in-Charge ready to lead in a dynamic clinical setting. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position offering the opportunity to oversee sterile compounding operations and ensure compliance across multiple states.
What We're Looking For:
Active Pharmacist license in at least 4 states from the following: AL, AK, AR, IA, KS, KY, LA, MD, MA, MI, MS, NE, OH, OK, OR, TN, TX, VA, WV — and willing to obtain more as needed
Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) from an accredited program
3–5+ years of clinical experience in long-term care, hospital, or specialty pharmacy
Leadership or management experience in a pharmacy setting
Hands-on sterile compounding expertise
Knowledge and compliance with USP <797> and <800> standards
Experience with multi-state dispensing and regulatory audits
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Infusion experience preferred, but strong clinical background is required.
