Salary: $72.00 - $76.25 per hour (Based on experience, including prior managerial experience)

About the Position:
We are seeking a Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) to lead and oversee the pharmacy operations at our Monterey County location. As the PIC, you will play a critical role in ensuring exceptional customer service, optimizing business performance, and maintaining compliance with all pharmacy regulations. With a team of long-term, experienced pharmacy technicians to support you, this position offers strong support and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the pharmacy's success.
This role offers you flexibility in crafting your own schedule, while also ensuring the pharmacy operates smoothly and meets its objectives. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, focusing on customer service, sales, inventory management, expense control, and staff development. Ensure full compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
Lead the hiring, training, and management of pharmacy staff, ensuring a high-performing, motivated team. Provide continuous development and training, including preparing future pharmacy managers.
Ensure adherence to all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures. Maintain accurate records in compliance with regulatory standards.
Ensure labor models and staffing needs are met while efficiently managing scheduling to support the pharmacy's operational goals.
Required Qualifications:
Degree in Pharmacy (B.S. or PharmD).
Active, valid pharmacist license in the state of California.
Previous experience as a Pharmacist in Charge, Pharmacy Manager, or similar leadership role in a pharmacy setting is highly preferred.
