Soliant Health is seeking a dynamic and experienced Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) to lead operations at a growing home infusion pharmacy in Seattle, WA. This full-time leadership role offers a Monday–Friday daytime schedule, with the opportunity to make a lasting impact in a patient-centered, specialized care setting.

As PIC, you will oversee all aspects of pharmacy operations—from compliance and sterile compounding to staff management and clinical oversight. This is a key leadership position ideal for a pharmacist with home infusion expertise and a passion for operational excellence.

Position Details
Title: Pharmacist in Charge – Home Infusion
Location: Seattle, WA
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Day Shifts

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with USP 797 & 800

  • Oversee sterile compounding and home infusion standards

  • Supervise, train, and recruit pharmacy staff; conduct performance reviews

  • Coordinate with warehouse for timely and accurate drug distribution

  • Maintain clinical expertise in IV therapy and pharmacotherapy

  • Oversee inventory management and medication procurement

  • Perform staff pharmacist duties as needed

    Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of management experience in a home infusion setting

  • In-depth knowledge of IV/sterile compounding regulations

  • Experience with CPR+ software preferred

  • Strong leadership, communication, and operational management skills
