A non-sterile compounding pharmacy in Grosse Ile Township is hiring a Staff Pharmacist ready to step into a Pharmacist-in-Charge role. This is a 13-week contract with the potential to convert to a permanent position.
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9 AM – 5 PM
Key Duties:
Oversee daily non-sterile compounding workflow
Ensure compliance with USP 795, DEA, and state pharmacy regulations
Train technicians and manage documentation, audits, and SOPs
Maintain accurate records of formulation, QA, and inventory
Qualifications:
Active MI Pharmacist License
3+ years in a non-sterile compounding environment
Confident with regulatory standards and inspection readiness
Strong attention to detail and team management skills
Preferred Experience:
Prior PIC role or formal compounding certification
Software knowledge relevant to pharmacy operations
