Pharmacist- IHS Outpatient Travel/Local 13+ weeks Peridot, AZ

RPh on the Go is now hiring a full-time, dedicated outpatient pharmacist for a travel position in Peridot, AZ. This is a full-time contract position with the potential for permanent hire. Assignment Specifics:

Full time

13+ weeks temp to perm

Shift: 5 days a week 8 hours per shift 8a-5p

Job Duties:

Oversee daily administrative operations to ensure top-tier service quality in alignment with professional and regulatory standards.

Develop and implement outcome measures and tracking systems to enhance operational and financial efficiency, integrating efforts into organization-wide Quality Improvement systems.

Lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of departmental policies and procedures.

Continuously assess program effectiveness and drive process improvement initiatives.

Provide feedback and utilize HR policies to support staff development and maintain performance standards.

Requirements:

Two years of clinical pharmacy experience, preferred

Five years professional experience with two years of management experience

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy; PharmD preferred including 1 year residency

Current and active state unrestricted Pharmacy license, Arizona state license preferred

AHA/BLS certification within 30 days of hire
