A respected long-term care pharmacy in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a contract Pharmacist for a 13-week assignment, with potential to extend or transition into a permanent role. This position starts July 21st and ends October 20th, working Monday through Friday from 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM with rotating weekends.
The ideal candidate will have a current New Mexico Pharmacist license and prior experience in long-term care or retail pharmacy.
Responsibilities include verifying and dispensing prescriptions, counseling patients, compounding, sterile preparation, inventory control, and supervising support staff. Strong attention to detail and compliance with state/federal regulations are essential.
