Position Details:
Schedule: 8-hour shifts | Primarily Days with some Afternoons | Rotating weekdays
Technology Platform: Meditech
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the unit-based pharmacist in both emergency and critical care environments
Participate in acute interventions including cardiac arrest, trauma, stroke, and sepsis response
Verify and enter medication orders, conduct profile reviews, and deliver clinical support
Collaborate in multidisciplinary rounds and stewardship/consultation efforts
Monitor drug therapy and provide evidence-based recommendations
Candidate Requirements:
PA pharmacist license (or eligibility to obtain)
PharmD / Bachelor’s in Pharmacy
Completion of PGY1 residency or 3+ years of recent inpatient clinical experience
Strong confidence and competency in high-acuity patient care
