PRN Staff Pharmacist- Elyria, OH

RPh on the Go is ls searching for an exceptional  Staff Pharmacist  to assist with this 4 day contract position. Located just outside of Elyria, OH this  assignment will run from March 4th -10th.  Ideal candidate will have clean and clear OH Pharmacy License, a minimum of 1 to 2 years of recent Inpatient experience and familiarity with QS1 and PYXIS preferred..

Requirements include:  Fill PYXIS, UD Packing,(GO HCL Labels), order entry QS1 and order medications as necessary.
