Job Description:
As a Specialty Pharmacy Pharmacist, you will be responsible for a mix of retail and long-term care pharmacy duties. You will collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective medication use, optimize patient outcomes, and provide exceptional care. The role requires a strong background in medication therapy management (MTM), patient counseling, and the administration of immunizations. Your ability to work in both retail and long-term care environments will be essential to your success in this role.
Required Qualifications:PharmD (Doctor of Pharmacy) degree from an accredited institution.
Immunization Certification.
CPR Certification.
A minimum of 1 year of experience in both retail and long-term care pharmacy settings.
Strong background in medication therapy management (MTM).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with healthcare teams and patients.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Rotating weekends required.
