Soliant Health is seeking a highly capable and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to support a leading hospital pharmacy team in Wisonsin. This is a dynamic and hands-on opportunity for technicians who thrive in clinical settings and want to play a vital role in patient care. Assignment Details:
  • Start: July 21
  • Duration: 9 weeks
  • Schedule: Three 10-hour shifts per week (6:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
  • Every 4th weekend required (6:30 AM – 3:00 PM) Job Overview:
    This position involves a blend of technical pharmacy operations and clinical preparation responsibilities. You’ll work closely with pharmacists and clinical teams to ensure the accurate preparation, distribution, and documentation of medications in both hospital and clinic settings.

    Key Duties:
  • Manage medication inventory through Omnicell systems
  • Oversee and monitor vaccine inventory, ensuring compliance with Vaccine for Children (VFC) program guidelines
  • Assist in sterile and non-sterile compounding of medications, including chemotherapy and monoclonal antibodies
  • Package and unit-dose medications for inpatient use
  • Perform temperature monitoring, equipment cleaning, and Omnicell audits
  • Maintain documentation and compliance across pharmacy operations Required Qualifications:
  • Active Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Wisconsin
  • Previous experience in a hospital or infusion center setting
  • Proficiency in sterile and non-sterile compounding
  • Familiarity with medication inventory systems (Omnicell strongly preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to medication safety protocols
