We're seeking a Pharmacist-in-Charge for a closed-door non-sterile compounding pharmacy in Grosse Ile Township. This day-shift contract runs for 13 weeks, with a direct-hire option available.
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
What You’ll Do:
Lead compounding operations and ensure USP 795 and regulatory compliance
Supervise technicians, manage workflows, and implement SOPs
Oversee audits, recordkeeping, inventory, and inspection readiness
Serve as the main point of contact for state board and DEA
Must Have:
Current MI pharmacist license in good standing
Minimum 3 years of non-sterile compounding experience
Experience with pharmacy inspections or leadership responsibilities
Previous PIC role
Non-sterile compounding certification or ACPE training
Experience with compounding/pharmacy software
