RPh on The Go is now hiring 8 Pharmacy Technicians for a 13-week temp-to-hire opportunity in Fairfield, OH. This is a fantastic entry point into a long-term role with a consistent first-shift schedule and supportive team environment.

Location:
Fairfield, OH 45014

Assignment Duration:
13+ week contract with potential for permanent placement

Shift Details:
Monday through Friday
1st Shift | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Pharmacy Type:
High-volume outpatient or closed-door (based on placement)

Overview of Role:
As a Pharmacy Technician, you will support the pharmacist in medication preparation and inventory tasks while ensuring safe, accurate handling of prescriptions and supplies.

Duties Include:
• Assist with medication prep under pharmacist direction
• Accurately measure and fill prescriptions per doctor’s orders
• Apply appropriate labeling and recordkeeping procedures
• Maintain stock levels and monitor proper storage of medications
• Comply with state regulations and internal pharmacy protocols
• Support the daily workflow and additional pharmacy functions as needed

Qualifications:
• Active Ohio Pharmacy Technician license or valid trainee license
• Prior pharmacy experience is required
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
