Now Hiring: Pharmacy Fulfillment Technician – 2nd Shift
Location: On-site | Plymouth, MI | Full-Time
Are you detail-oriented and ready to be a key part of pharmacy operations? We’re looking for a dedicated Pharmacy Technician to join our fast-paced, closed-door pharmacy team. You’ll operate cutting-edge Paxit packaging equipment, fulfill bulk prescriptions, and ensure medications are accurately staged and ready for delivery to patients who depend on us.
Shift Details:
2nd Shift Options: 2:00–10:30 PM | 3:00–11:30 PM | 4:00 PM–12:30 AM
Schedule: Monday through Friday, with rotating holidays and weekends required
Responsibilities:
Operate and troubleshoot Paxit packaging and dispensing systems
Set up packaging lots and manage inventory workflow
Keep work areas and equipment clean and organized
Replenish supplies across packaging, dispensing, and staging areas
Resolve equipment and order issues efficiently
Use Paxit Manager and Framework systems for tracking and documentation
Conduct audits, label checks, and scan verifications
Stage prescriptions with accurate labeling and order preparation
Assist with bulk dispensing, labeling, and “owes” resolution
Communicate delays or inventory needs with supervisors
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
Active registration as a Pharmacy Technician or Technician Trainee with the State Board of Pharmacy
Preferred Skills:
Strong computer proficiency and comfort with pharmacy software
Familiarity with medical terminology and medication names
Accurate math and dosage calculation skills
Experience in a long-term care pharmacy setting is a plus, but not required
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
