Lead Pharmacy Technician- Direct Hire -2nd shift

Rph on the Go is looking for an Pharmacy Technician that has experience as a Lead Pharmacy Tech. This is a direct hire position
Schedule:
 2^nd shift: Monday- Friday 2:30pm-11:00pm with rotating weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Pharmacy order entry technicians
• Oversee the workflow of pharmacy
• Meet cut off times to ensure prompt deliveries
• Perform reviews and conduct technicians development
• Process, label, retrieve and file prescriptions according to the state and federal law requirements
• Participate in all required operational meetings
• Maintain a clean, organized and professional pharmacy department
• Able to stand for extended period of time
• Able to work all shifts

Requirements:

• Active Ohio Pharmacy Technician license
• PTCB national certification
• Must be able to recognize employees strengths and weaknesses
• Excellent communication skills
• Must have leadership experience
