Job Title: Interim Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC)

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Interim PIC (Pharmacist-in-Charge) to oversee daily pharmacy operations at a hospital facility in Sacramento, CA. This is a full-time, interim leadership role with potential for permanent placement.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, day-shift only

Duration: 13 weeks, with potential for contract-to-hire Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and ensure compliance with all pharmacy operations, including staffing, workflow, and regulatory standards

Supervise pharmacists, technicians, and support staff

Serve as a working PIC, actively engaged in clinical and operational duties

Collaborate with hospital leadership to maintain high standards of care Ideal Candidate:

Active California Pharmacist License (required)

Prior hospital pharmacy experience (required)

Demonstrated leadership ability and a positive, team-oriented attitude
