Interim Director of Pharmacy – Travel Position | SoCal Hospital

Staff: 5–6 pharmacists, 6–7 techs, plus PRN support
Remote overnight order entry: Pipeline

No compounding or chemo on-site
Key Qualifications:
Hands-on experience with 340B programs (team-managed)
Policy & Procedure development, Bluesight, MERP, ASP, Pharmacy Chargemaster, and P&T involvement
Strong grasp of hospital regulatory requirements
