Travel Opportunity: Inpatient Staff Pharmacist – Northern Vermont

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and ensure optimal drug therapy for patients following best clinical pharmacy practices
Manage drug distribution, unit dose, and IV admixture processes
Evaluate medication therapy and monitor for safety, efficacy, and proper administration
Provide education and support to pharmacy staff and other healthcare professionals
Take part in administrative duties and contribute to research and development efforts
Stay compliant with all State and Federal regulations and hospital policies
Qualifications:
Pharm.D. or equivalent degree
Active Vermont Pharmacist license (or eligibility)
At least 1+ year of recent inpatient hospital experience
Experience with CPSI/Evident required
Proficient in unit dose, IV admixture, and both technical and clinical pharmacy functions
