Inpatient Staff Pharmacist - Day Shifts (Oregon License Required)

Soliant Health is seeking an experienced Inpatient Staff Pharmacist for a 13-week travel assignment at a hospital in Oregon. Position: Travel Staff Pharmacist (Inpatient)
Location: Oregon
Duration: 13 Weeks
Start Date: ASAP

What You'll Be Doing:

Order verification to ensure medication safety and accuracy

Supervising pharmacy technicians to ensure effective workflow and support

Pharmacokinetics – assisting with dosing adjustments based on patient needs

Consulting with physicians and nurses to optimize medication therapy and patient outcomes

Performing other general pharmacy duties as required

Working with Cerner and Pyxis IT systems to manage medication orders and dispensing What You'll Need:

Valid Oregon State Pharmacist License

BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification

At least 1 year of experience working as a staff pharmacist in a hospital setting

Ability to work rotating weekends and holidays as needed Ideal Candidate:

A licensed pharmacist in Oregon with at least 1 year of hospital pharmacy experience

A team player who enjoys collaborating with physicians, nurses, and pharmacy technicians

Flexible and adaptable, willing to work rotating weekends and holidays

A professional with excellent communication skills and a focus on patient safety
