Soliant Health is seeking an Inpatient Staff Pharmacist for a 13 week engagement at a hospital in Michigan. This position requires prior inpatient-hospital experience along with some long term care pharmacy experience. Must be flexible to work 7on/7off schedule.
Job Overview:
As an Inpatient Pharmacist, you will play a critical role in medication order verification, IV verification, dosing, and serving as a clinical resource for patients.
