Soliant is seeking qualified Pharmacy Technicians for full-time and per diem roles at a reputable inpatient facility in Philadelphia. Ideal candidates will have prior inpatient, LTAC, infusion, or specialty pharmacy experience.
Available Positions:
Full-Time Evening Shift Tech:
Hours: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Schedule: 4 days/week + every other weekend (with comp days)
Per Diem Techs:
Flexible scheduling to fill gaps (including weekends)
Shifts vary: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, or 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Responsibilities:
Assisting pharmacists in preparing and distributing medications
Sterile compounding and IV preparation
Inventory management and restocking
Working within EMR systems and following all hospital protocols
Requirements:
Active Pennsylvania Pharmacy Technician License (required)
Previous inpatient, LTAC, infusion, or specialty pharmacy experience (required)
Availability to work rotating weekends (required for both roles)
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
