Inpatient Pharmacy Technician Cleveland, OH

We are seeking a dedicated Inpatient Pharmacy Technician to join our team, focusing on infusion-related tasks within our specialty and inpatient pharmacies. This role involves working in various specialty areas such as the Pediatric Pharmacy, Critical Care Pharmacy, and Oncology Pharmacy. You will be responsible for delivering medication-related services to in-house patients and assisting in quality control procedures under the supervision of a Pharmacist.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide variety of duties in the delivery of pharmaceutical care within specialty pharmacies and the inpatient pharmacy.
• Deliver medication-related services to in-house patients and manage related take-home medication services.
• Assist Pharmacists in performing quality control procedures for drug distribution technologies.
• Uphold the mission, vision, values, and customer service standards

Mandatory Qualifications:

• 1-2 Years of inpatient experience
• High School Diploma or passage of a high school equivalency exam.
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Current Certified Pharmacy Technician certification from the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB).
• Experience with Epic, BD logistics, and Omnicell systems is required.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
