Inpatient Pharmacist (Overnights – 13-week Travel Contract)
Location: Winnebago, Nebraska
Housing: On-site housing provided
Shift: Overnight 3rd Shift
Schedule: 7 on / 7 off (Tuesday to Tuesday)
RPh on the Go is seeking an experienced Inpatient Pharmacist for a 13-week travel contract at a respected tribal healthcare facility in Winnebago, Nebraska. This facility accepts any U.S. pharmacist license – a Nebraska license is not required.
Assignment Details:
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift Hours: 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Schedule: Five 10-hour shifts and two 12-hour shifts per week
Travel: Free on-site housing is provided for the duration of the contract
Key Responsibilities:
Select, prepare, and dispense medications in accordance with quality standards
Restock and maintain automated dispensing machines (ADM); manage ADM logins
Review patient records to ensure safe and effective drug therapy
Maintain accurate counts of all medications, with a focus on controlled substances, to prevent diversion
Pharmacy Software: Meditech (experience preferred)
Requirements:
Active and clear Pharmacist license in any U.S. state
Recent experience in an inpatient pharmacy setting
Experience with Meditech preferred
