Position Overview

Title: Inpatient Pharmacist | Hospital Setting | Wellesley, MA area | 13+ Weeks

Summary: Join a prominent 300+ bed hospital as an Inpatient Pharmacist. You'll play a key role in supporting healthcare teams with accurate medication preparation and distribution while providing excellent patient-centered care.

Job Type: Contract

Location: Wellesley, MA area

Schedule: Variable shifts (day/afternoon) | 8-hour shifts

Start Date: ASAP

Contract Duration: 13 weeks with potential for extension

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and dispense medications accurately following physician orders.

Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver optimal patient outcomes.

Monitor medication therapies and adjust based on patient needs.

Provide guidance on drug interactions, dosing, and administration.

Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.

Ideal Candidate

Licensed Pharmacist in Massachusetts.

Experience in hospital or infusion pharmacy settings preferred.

Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in dynamic environments.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Job Requirements

Active Massachusetts Pharmacist License in good standing.

At least one year of relevant hospital or infusion experience is a plus.

Proficiency in inpatient pharmacy operations and protocols.
