Inpatient Pharmacist Bay City, MI

Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated Inpatient Pharmacist for a 13-week assignment in Bay City, Michigan, with potential for temp-to-hire. This position offers a stable 40-hour workweek with a consistent 4x10 schedule focused on 2nd shift (afternoons). The schedule may vary slightly week to week but will consistently center around afternoon coverage.

Responsibilities include:

Accurately preparing, dispensing, and labeling medications

Reviewing prescriptions for accuracy, safety, and compliance

Offering clinical expertise to both healthcare teams and patients

Monitoring and adjusting patient therapies as needed

Ensuring documentation and compliance with hospital and regulatory guidelines
Qualifications:

At least 2 years of pharmacy experience

Active Michigan Pharmacist License
