This is a dynamic opportunity to contribute to patient care while working in a high-energy environment.
Position Overview
As an Inpatient Clinical Pharmacist, you will be responsible for checking and verifying medications, including IVs. Hands-on IV-making experience is highly preferred, and clinical rounding experience will be a plus. You will be working alongside a dedicated team, ensuring medication safety and contributing to the overall success of the pharmacy department.
