Position: IV/Inpatient Pharmacist
Type: 8-week Contract
Start Date: September 23, 2024
Contract End Date: November 23, 2024
Shift: Day shift, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, with rotating weekends
Key Responsibilities:

• IV Preparation: Perform hands-on IV medication preparation and compounding.
• Inpatient Duties: Deliver comprehensive pharmacy services in an inpatient setting.
• Software: Use EPIC software effectively.

Experience Required:

• Minimum of 1 year of inpatient pharmacy experience.
• Proven hands-on experience with IV medication preparation.
• Proficiency with EPIC software.

Additional Requirements:

• COVID Card and Booster: Must provide proof of COVID vaccination and booster.
