Hospital Travel Pharmacist - 13-Week Contract - Hilo, HI
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Staff Pharmacist to join our team in Hilo, HI. In this role, you will be responsible for verifying medication orders, supervising pharmacy technicians, and providing critical clinical support, including renal dosing, therapeutic drug monitoring, anticoagulation management, therapeutic interchange, IV admixtures preparation, and compounding and dispensing.
