Imagine playing a crucial role at a highly advanced and respected Level 3 Trauma Center and Level 1 NICU, the cornerstone of care for a vast region spanning Northeast Texas and Southeast Oklahoma. We're seeking a dedicated and skilled Inpatient Hospital Pharmacist to join our dynamic team on a 13-week contract basis.

Your Impact:

As an integral part of our pharmacy operations, you'll be at the heart of patient care, utilizing your precision and expertise to:

  • Manage all core inpatient pharmacy functions, from meticulous sterile and non-sterile compounding to ensuring seamless medication delivery.
  • Take ownership of Pyxis restocks and efficiently address crucial requests from providers and fellow pharmacy professionals.
  • Be a trusted partner to our nursing and medical teams, expertly verifying orders and providing critical clinical support.
  • Contribute to a fast-paced, full-service hospital environment where your attention to detail directly impacts patient well-being.

    What Makes You a Great Fit:

    You're a motivated and experienced pharmacist who:

  • Holds a current Texas Pharmacist license (TX).
  • Is ready to commit to a full-time, 7 on / 7 off schedule with 12-hour shifts (9:00 AM – 7:30 AM).
  • Brings at least one year of valuable inpatient hospital pharmacy experience to the table.
  • Ideally, you're comfortable navigating the complexities of trauma-level facilities or NICU settings, though this is not a must-have.
  • You possess a degree from an accredited School of Pharmacy and demonstrate strong clinical judgment.
  • Thriving in dynamic environments, you're adaptable and excel in high-acuity care settings.
