Interim Hospital Pharmacist Opportunity in Modesto, California

Pharmacist will work as part of integrated healthcare delivery team to ensure patients in the department receive optimal care. You will serve as Medication Subject Matter Expert on the floor, round with physicians and collaborate with physicians to deliver positive patient outcomes.

Position: Hospital Pharmacist
Location: Modesto, CA
Start-date: ASAP
Schedule: Variable days/afternoons
IT: EPIC, PYXIS
Requirements: CA licensed, 1 years + of inpatient experience or PGYI, FT availability starting ASAP, good attitude and people skills
Education: BS in Pharmacy or PharmD. Residency training preferred

Pay rate is estimated based on weekly gross income.
Weekly gross pay based on qualifications and experience. Rate applies to travel positions only (50+ miles from permanent address).
Estimated Weekly Rate: $3200+ per week
