Key Responsibilities:
Manage all pharmacy operations and supervise pharmacy staff within the hospital
Ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations
Develop, implement, and evaluate departmental policies and procedures
Oversee inventory management, budgeting, and purchasing
Provide both clinical and operational leadership to the pharmacy team
Collaborate with hospital committees and interdisciplinary teams
Participate in on-call coverage as required
Requirements:
Active South Carolina pharmacist license
Proven leadership experience in pharmacy
Inpatient pharmacy experience preferred
Demonstrated ability to manage staff and pharmacy operations effectively
Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Availability for on-call responsibilities as needed
Schedule Details:
Monday to Friday: 8:00 am – 6:00 pm
Weekends and holidays: 8:00 am – 2:00 pm
On-call coverage required
