13-Week Contract with Potential for Direct Hire

We’re seeking a motivated Staff Pharmacist to join a reputable home infusion pharmacy team in Oklahoma City, OK. This is a full-time, 13-week contract opportunity with the potential for direct hire, perfect for candidates who thrive in a patient-focused environment and are ready to contribute their expertise in sterile compounding.
Position Highlights:
Full-time schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
On-call rotation: Every 4th weekend
Immediate start available
Required Qualifications:
Active Oklahoma Pharmacist license in good standing (required)
Sterile compounding experience in a home infusion or inpatient hospital setting
Strong knowledge of USP <797> and <800> guidelines
Proven ability to manage and verify compounded medications in a high-accuracy environment
Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Prior experience in a home infusion pharmacy or similar fast-paced, clinical environment
