RPh on the Go is actively interviewing candidates available for a travel contract for a Pharmacist position in Minnesota. The ideal candidate is passionate about patient care, possesses strong communication skills, and is dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of pharmacy practice.

Responsibilities:

Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently while ensuring patient safety and confidentiality.

Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient questions and concerns regarding their medications.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and medication therapy management.

Oversee and manage the pharmacy's inventory, including ordering, stocking, and monitoring of medications and supplies.

Conduct patient counseling and education on medication usage, side effects, and potential drug interactions.

Perform medication therapy reviews and recommend adjustments as needed to improve patient outcomes.

Ensure compliance with all federal and state pharmacy laws and regulations.

Maintain accurate patient records and prescription files.

Supervise and train pharmacy technicians and support staff as needed.

Participate in health and wellness programs, immunization clinics, and other pharmacy services.

Stay updated on the latest developments in pharmacy practice and emerging therapies.

Qualifications:

Clear and active pharmacist license in the state of Minnesota

Recent pharmacy experience in a retail pharmacy setting.
