Full Time Staff Pharmacist - Hospital Setting

Ph on the Go is actively searching for an Inpatient Staff Pharmacist willing to work in Blue Ash, OH. This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday, day shift. As an Inpatient Pharmacist you will provide essential pharmacy services within an Inpatient setting. Duties:
•    Oversee all pharmacy operations and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
•    Perform medication order verification and review for accuracy.
•    Conduct patient assessments and monitor medication therapy outcomes.
•    Sustain the hospital formulary, minimizing nonformulary procurement, utilizing therapeutic interchanges and promoting rational drug therapy selection.
•    Provide clinical consultations and clarification to practitioners, providing recommendations for cost-effective therapeutic alternatives to medical staff as needed.

Requirements:
•    Clear and active Pharmacist License in the state of Ohio
•    Minimum of 2 years of Pharmacy Experience  
•    Inpatient Pharmacy Experience Required 
•    WellSky EMR Experience a plus
