Full Time Specialty Pharmacy Manager – Hibbing, Minnesota

Soliant Health is currently seeking a licensed and experienced Pharmacist for a Travel Pharmacy Manager role near northeastern Minnesota. This is a 13+ week assignment with the potential for extension, and the facility is open to candidates who are willing to reciprocate their license to Minnesota.

Position Details:

Setting: Specialty Pharmacy (Hybrid of Retail and Long-Term Care)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Duration: 13+ week travel contract

Start Date: ASAP

Closed on weekends – giving you time to enjoy the local surroundings Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations of the pharmacy while ensuring compliance with all federal and state pharmacy laws

Oversee the accurate preparation, verification, and dispensing of medications

Supervise and support pharmacy technicians and staff

Perform duties related to both retail and long-term care pharmacy, including clinical consults

Ensure optimal patient care through collaboration with healthcare providers

Maintain accurate inventory and support workflow optimization using pharmacy management systems Required Qualifications:

Active Minnesota Pharmacist License OR the ability and willingness to reciprocate from another state

PharmD degree

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail, long-term care, or specialty pharmacy setting

Immunization Certification

CPR Certification

Strong knowledge of long-term care pharmacy practices and patient safety standards

Proven ability to lead, manage workflow, and adapt quickly in new environments
