Soliant Health is seeking an experienced and motivated Pharmacist to join a specialty pharmacy team in Fort Myers, FL. Key Responsibilities:

Verifying, checking, and filling prescriptions with a high level of accuracy

Oversight and support of pharmacy technicians in daily operations

Ensuring safe and effective medication use, primarily involving oral oncology therapies

Collaborating closely with providers to support optimal patient outcomes

Utilizing PioneerRX to manage pharmacy workflow and documentation Requirements:

Active Florida Pharmacist license (in good standing)

Minimum of 3 years of pharmacist experience

Strong communication and leadership skills

Comfortable supervising technicians and working in a collaborative clinical environment
