Soliant Health is seeking a motivated and experienced Travel Pharmacist for a full-time opportunity in Bemidji, Minnesota. This position is based in a specialty pharmacy setting with a strong focus on long-term care services. The assignment runs for 13+ weeks with the possibility of extension. Interviews are happening quickly, and the team is ready to onboard the right candidate immediately.

Position Highlights:

Setting: Specialty Pharmacy with Long-Term Care Focus

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Some weekend shifts required

Duration: 13+ week travel contract

Start Date: As soon as possible Primary Responsibilities:

Fulfill long-term care pharmacist duties including order verification, medication dispensing, and patient profile review

Ensure proper handling, labeling, and documentation of all medications

Work closely with pharmacy technicians and support staff to ensure efficient operations

Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize medication therapy for patients

Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations

Utilize pharmacy management systems to streamline workflow and maintain records Required Qualifications:

Active Minnesota Pharmacist License or the ability to reciprocate an existing license

PharmD degree

Minimum of 3 years of pharmacist experience in a long-term care, retail, or specialty pharmacy setting

Immunization Certification

CPR Certification

MTM Certification or a solid understanding of medication therapy management

Strong organizational skills, clinical knowledge, and the ability to adapt quickly to new environments
