Soliant Health is seeking a passionate and experienced Pharmacist to join a well-established specialty compounding and retail pharmacy in Fort Myers, FL. Position Overview:

As the Staff Pharmacist, you'll oversee and support a team of highly experienced technicians who handle all compounding responsibilities. The pharmacy averages 80 prescriptions per day, and your role will be central in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and excellent patient and provider communication. This is a full-time position, operating Monday through Friday, with 9-hour days and some scheduling flexibility.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and verify non-sterile and sterile compounded medication orders in accordance with USP 795/800 standards

  • Perform detailed verification of calculations, formulations, and patient-specific prescriptions

  • Maintain and audit batch records, master formulations, and compliance documentation

  • Monitor storage, beyond-use dating, and regulatory readiness for inspections

  • Communicate effectively with patients and providers, offering clear guidance on therapy options

  • Collaborate with ownership to improve workflow, introduce new services, and support pharmacy growth

  • Ensure all prescriptions are accurately dispensed, documented, and compliant with federal and state pharmacy laws

    Qualifications:

  • Active and unrestricted Pharmacist license in the state of Florida is required

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of compounding pharmacy experience is required

  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for precision in pharmaceutical care

  • Exceptional communication and leadership potential

  • PharmD is not required, but a solid understanding of clinical pharmacy principles is essential

  • Comfortable working with a close-knit team and contributing to an evolving pharmacy model
