Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated and highly motivated Staff Pharmacist for a full-time, direct hire or temp-to-hire opportunity with a respected pharmacy in the Fort Myers, FL area. This role combines the dynamic pace of retail with the professional satisfaction of compounding—without the hands-on compounding responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the preparation of customized medications, ensuring compliance with USP 795/800 standards
  • Verify calculations, ingredient concentrations, and medication accuracy with a high level of precision
  • Maintain detailed and compliant records including formulation logs and batch documentation
  • Monitor storage, beyond-use dating, and pharmacy protocols to ensure regulatory readiness
  • Communicate effectively with patients and providers, providing clear and compassionate medication guidance
  • Collaborate closely with ownership on initiatives to improve workflow, expand services, and grow the business
  • Lead by example in a low-stress yet professional setting that encourages innovation and ownership Please Note: This role does not involve compounding responsibilities; experienced technicians will handle all compounding duties.
    Requirements:
  • Active Florida Pharmacist license
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on compounding pharmacy experience (non-sterile and sterile knowledge preferred)
  • Strong grasp of USP 795/800 standards and best practices
  • Ability to lead, adapt, and thrive in a growing, community-driven pharmacy environment
  • Interest in long-term growth, leadership potential, and team collaboration Additional Preferred Experience:
  • Background working in a functional medicine or integrative health-focused pharmacy
  • Proven experience in patient education and provider collaboration
