Full Time Specialty Compounding - Fort Myers, FL

Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated and highly motivated Staff Pharmacist for a full-time, direct hire or temp-to-hire opportunity with a respected pharmacy in the Fort Myers, FL area. This role combines the dynamic pace of retail with the professional satisfaction of compounding—without the hands-on compounding responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the preparation of customized medications, ensuring compliance with USP 795/800 standards

Verify calculations, ingredient concentrations, and medication accuracy with a high level of precision

Maintain detailed and compliant records including formulation logs and batch documentation

Monitor storage, beyond-use dating, and pharmacy protocols to ensure regulatory readiness

Communicate effectively with patients and providers, providing clear and compassionate medication guidance

Collaborate closely with ownership on initiatives to improve workflow, expand services, and grow the business

Lead by example in a low-stress yet professional setting that encourages innovation and ownership Please Note: This role does not involve compounding responsibilities; experienced technicians will handle all compounding duties.
Requirements:

Active Florida Pharmacist license

Minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on compounding pharmacy experience (non-sterile and sterile knowledge preferred)

Strong grasp of USP 795/800 standards and best practices

Ability to lead, adapt, and thrive in a growing, community-driven pharmacy environment

Interest in long-term growth, leadership potential, and team collaboration Additional Preferred Experience:

Background working in a functional medicine or integrative health-focused pharmacy

Proven experience in patient education and provider collaboration
