A pharmacy near South Burlington, Vermont is hiring a full-time Pharmacist for a permanent role. This position requires a Vermont license and active immunization credentials. Evening shifts are part of the weekly rotation.
Position Overview:

Start Date: ASAP

Schedule: 40 hours/week, includes some evening shifts

Location: Near South Burlington, VT

Length of Contract/Position: Direct Hire Key Responsibilities:

Lead all operational and compliance efforts within the pharmacy department

Act as supervising pharmacist in accordance with board registration requirements

Guide and monitor pharmacy staff performance and policy adherence

Provide immunizations and support wellness initiatives

Counsel patients on medications, interactions, and therapy management

Control inventory, manage third-party claims, and drive departmental financials

Promote training completion and professional development for team members

Uphold cleanliness and professional standards in all pharmacy areas Qualifications:

Valid VT Pharmacist License

Immunization Certification (required)

Comfortable with administering all vaccine types

Prior experience managing a pharmacy team is a plus
