Full Time Retail Pharmacist - Near Essex, VT

A retail pharmacy near Essex, VT is seeking a dedicated full-time Pharmacist to join their team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate must be licensed in Vermont and comfortable administering a full range of vaccines.
Position Overview:

Start Date: ASAP

Schedule: Includes variable hours and some evening shifts

Position: Direct Hire Key Responsibilities:

Register with the board of pharmacy as supervising or pharmacist-in-charge

Maintain full regulatory compliance and uphold internal pharmacy policies

Drive financial performance through inventory, staffing, and third-party payer management

Support in-store and local outreach efforts to boost business

Supervise pharmacy staff and provide performance feedback

Ensure team compliance with training and development standards

Participate in immunization, medication therapy management, and wellness services

Educate patients and providers about medications, dosages, and interactions

Continuously monitor and improve safety and quality standards

Keep workspace clean and compliant with pharmacy and legal standards

Fulfill all required continuing education activities Qualifications:

Valid Vermont Pharmacist License (Required)

Certification to Administer Immunizations (Required)
